It is disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be any way to repair and given the price I would have hoped for a longer lifespan. I receive a HI ERR message and my kettle shuts off around 190 degrees Fahrenheit every time I try to use it. It’s just over one year old, so outside the warranty, but still way within how long I want a $100 kettle to last.
